- Post-installation commissioning: Set the engine throttle to idle position and start the engine. Should the idle prove unstable, adjust via the choke screw on the carburettor: turning clockwise increases idle speed, while turning anticlockwise decreases it, until the engine idles smoothly. Allow the engine to run at varying speeds for 5-10 minutes, checking for stable power output. Confirm no abnormalities before normal operation.
- Long-Term Storage Precautions:Close the fuel valve and drain residual fuel from the carburettor to avoid fuel deterioration and clogging of the fuel nozzle. Take off the spark plug, inject a small amount of lubricating oil, and pull the engine starter cord 2-3 times to distribute the oil evenly along the cylinder walls. Reinstall the spark plug. Store the equipment in a dry, well-ventilated environment to avoid carburettor and component deterioration.
