BeauGen cushions insert into the pump flanges/shields and they are compatible with most pump brands on the market, including but not limited to Medela, Spectra, Willow, Elvie, Lansinoh, Baby Buddha. Cushions fit inside flange/shields sizes 21-28mm. Works with flange size 21mm, 22mm, 23mm, 24mm, 25mm, 26mm, 27mm & 28mm. The cushions' soft, stretchy, clear plastic material helps to customize fit for moms measuring between 19-26mm. Cushions are made in the USA with 100% recyclable plastic that is FDA-compliant and food-safe! Free from BPA and latex. It is recommended that cushions are replaced every 2-8 weeks, depending on the frequency of use and type of care.
